Cancellation Policy
Please TEXT/CALL or also chose to do so online here, if you think your running behind or need to change to a later time or reschedule for another day to avoid any fees/charges! Thank you ☺️
‼️ Cancellations:
24-Hour Notice Required
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
‼️ No Call/No Show:
Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
*** Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all lash appointments of $25 or $50 depending on service.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout but will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
*** Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure we can give you the full service.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
*** Emergencies
We understand that life happens. Please reach out as soon as possible if you have an emergency, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
‼️ Before/After Appointment Reminders:
To make sure you get the best results (and longest-lasting lashes), please:
1. Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.
No mascara, eyeliner, or oily skincare around the eyes.
Residue can affect lash retention.
2. Avoid caffeine and heavy liquids 2–3 hours before your appointment.
This helps you relax (and keeps your eyes from twitching).
3. No strip lash glue, oils, or lash curlers for 24 hours before or after your appointment.
4. Come with freshly washed, makeup-free skin. Cleansing beforehand means we can spend more time on your lashes!
5. Avoid bringing extra guests or children. This keeps the space calm and helps you relax during your appointment.
6. Use the restroom before your appointment. Lash sets can take 1.5–2+ hours, so you’ll be comfy the whole time.
7. Arrive on time (5 minutes early is perfect). If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a $15 fee may apply.
